All coolers measured 4C or colder Freezers measured less than -18C Hot Holding was above 60C Handsinks are supplied with soap and paper towels General sanitation is adequate Dishwasher final rinse measured 66 at dish surface (conveyor style multi tank dishwasher - ok) All staff and many students have Foodsafe Quats sanitizer measured 400ppm from dispenser - although this is ok, it can be decreased to 200ppm. Please have maintenance adjust the sanitizer concentration.
