Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): A large number of small grain insects were found inside of a container of flour in the sweets cooler room.
Corrective Action(s): Flour was discarded at time of inspection. Always check your products to ensure that they are free of any insects or pests.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Gulab jamun and rasgulla stored inside the display cooler was at a temperature of 8C.
Corrective Action(s): Gulab jamun and rasgulla placed immediately into the walk-in cooler. Do not store potentially hazardous foods inside the dessert cooler unless it can reach 4C or less (sustained) at all times. Previously, this cooler was only used for burfi and beverages.

Follow-up inspection to routine conducted on September 12, 2019 (RPT#: JMAA-BFWJL6). The following was noted:
Dessert cooler was adjusted and was at 3C at time of inspection. You may begin using this cooler for sweets. Ensure that daily temperature logs are taken to verify that ALL equipment is working properly
Another follow-up inspection will be required for all other issues identified in RPT# JMAA-BFWJL6 from Sep 11
