Follow up inspection. All holes and gaps along the walls, floors and cabinetry have been sealed and patched. All affected areas and surfaces have been deep cleaned and disinfected with bleach. Several glue and mechanical traps have been placed. Significant decline noticed in the number of mice droppings. All food items and flour bags are stored in totes with tight fitting lids. Good. All items are store on shelves at least 6 inches off the floor. Great improvement noticed in the overall sanitation of the premises. Staff clean up after spills every day. The Correction Order dated April 4, 2022 is hereby rescinded. Continue to watch for any signs of mice (e.g. new droppings, torn bags etc). Continue to keep the premises in this sanitary condition or better. Remember to clean dishwasher strainer every day and clean any spills before leaving. Seal the access hole for ventilation fan along the East wall.
