Follow-up inspection conducted for inspection report# KLAI-CG2SJ3
Upright glass door refrigerator in the kitchen area has been repaired. Noted at 4.0C during the inspection.
Temperature logs were observed being implmented.
Bleach sanitizer solution was set-up. 200 ppm chlorine residual detected in the container.
Kitchen and staff restroom handwash stations were accessible, functioning (with no drainage issue) and equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel.
Proper storage hierarchy observed in the walk-in cooler. In general food are stored protected. Only food items that are used for lunch and dinner rushes are uncovered for ease of use.
No non-food grade containers were observed for the storage of food in the facility.
Light shield replaced in the dry storage room.
Mop buckets are emptied at the time of inspection.
No food were stored inside the oven that was not used anymore.
Significant improvements noted on the cleanliness of the facility. All areas mentioned as unsanitary during the last routine inspection report now appear sanitary. Please maintain.
Light in the dry storage rooms beside the office and walk-in freezer have now been replaced. Both areas are now well lit to allow for effective cleaning and sanitation.
Operator onsite at the time of inspection has a certified FOODSAFE level 1 certificate.

Thank you very much for your diligent in fixing all the noted violations during the last routine inspection. Please maintain the facility in this condition at all time.
