Remove all unused items in order to reduce any clutter. Violation Score: 3 308 - Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces are not in good working order [s. 16(b)] Observation: Display cooler greater than 4 C. Service tech has been contacted. Corrective Action(s): Service. Maintain at or below 4 C prior to the storage of any perishable food items.
