Observation:
The floor under pallets and platforms, in the walk-in-freezer, has accumulated food debris. This will attract pests. This has been mentioned in past inspection reports.
Corrective Action(s):
Remove all the pallets and platforms, and wash the floor with hot water and soap to remove the food debris. Increase the frequency this is done.

Comments

A routine inspection was conducted, the following observations were made:
- Freezer temperature was -18C, and thermometer present.
- All foods stored 6" off the floor on pallets or platforms; in protein groups; and stored in covered, food grade containers.
- No expired foods found for sales.
- General sanitation level is satisfactory. Improvement needed in mentioned areas.
- No signs of pests found.
- No repackaging of dry seasonings being done in the premises.
