Routine inspection conducted today:
Handwash stations, including staff washroom, were accessible, equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel.
All refrigeration units were at 4.0C or below.
Food in the freezer unit was hard frozen.
Pizzas were sold by the slices and on display for customers (sneeze guard available). As per staff, every 2 hours all the pizzas are discarded - at noon, 2 PM, 4 PM, 6 PM, so on.
Appropriate dispensers, with handles, available for bulk food containers - reminder to keep handle from being in contact with food.
As per staff, all in-use utensils are changed out and cleaned every 2 hours.
Chlorine sanitizer container was available at the 3 part-sink. 200 PPM chlorine residual detected. Sanitizer spray bottle also available (chlorine test strips slightly bleached out - staff diluted the spray bottle immediately and 200 PPM chlorine residual was detected).
Drain plugs available for the 3-compartment sink for manual warewashing.
Cleanliness and organization satisfactory at this facility.
No signs of pest activities were noted during the inspection. |
