Observation: Rodent droppings found under the handsink and by the dry storage bins (by the back door).
Corrective Action(s): Clean and sanitize areas where droppings are found using a 1:10 bleach solution. Ensure that all food is stored in pest proof bins.

Observation: Grease build up in the baffles in the vent hood. Hard to reach areas require cleaning as well.
Corrective Action(s): Clean and sanitize as per your sanitation plan. Vent hood to be serviced next week as per owner.

Observation:
1) Newspaper and old cloths used to cover food.
2) Knives stored in the crack between cutting block and prep table.
Corrective Action(s):
1) Only use food grade material to cover food such as plastic wrap and aluminum foil.
2) Do not store knives in this crack as it can not be adequately cleaned

Observation: Package of rat poison found on the floor in a gap in the cabinets by the dishwasher.
Corrective Action(s): Pesticides are not to be used inside the premises. Only physical traps are allowed. Consult a professional pest company on baiting rodents if required.
