**Corrected during inspection** Manager informed staff to return products to working cooler. Sample to be displayed at front display only.
Unit is not to be used until it can maintain temperatures of 4°C or less.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Sanitizer was not made by staff at start of shift. Mr. Clean (lemon scented cleaner) diluted instead of bleach.
**Corrected during inspection** Staff made 100ppm bleach solution when identified.
Bottle of bleach to be located and stored in meat department to prevent future confusion.

Observation: Handle area of door to walk-in cooler observed to be dirty. Staff also observed to have handled door while preparing chicken without first cleaning their hands.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure staff washes area regularly. Staff is also be educated to prevent contamination of work area.

Observation: *REPEAT* (Since March 2023) Toasting conveyer stored under prep table in meat department. Staff and manager stated equipment is not in use.

Storage area was well-organized.
Chemicals and cleaners were stored separate from food preparation areas.
