Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 3 dented cans were observed on display for sale. Dented cans have risk of potential food contamination. Operator discarded the following three cans during inspection:
- Clic Chickpea can (540ml)
- Ashoka Sarson ka Saag (850g)
- Unico Chickpea (540ml)
Corrective Action(s): Please do not put dented or damaged food cans on sale for public consumption.

Observation: The following observations were made during inspection:
- Gap under the back door which can be a potential entry point for rodents.
- Open bags of lentils and rice bags stored directly on floor.
Corrective Action(s): - Please seal the gap under the back door.

- Store all the food products at least 6 inches off the floor. Do not leave open bags of food as it may attract pest. Use proper pest proof containers.

308 - Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces are not in good working order [s. 16(b)]
Observation: 2 chest freezers in the back area are not maintained in good working order. The lids were loose and tearing apart. The ambient temperature was recorded below -18C and Operator stated that they are in process of replacing them with new ones but it may take few months.
Corrective Action(s): Please ensure that all equipment including chest freezers are maintained in good working order. Please inform the district EHO once the chest freezers have been replaced.

Routine inspection conducted.

Findings:
- General sanitation of the facility was satisfactory.
- Temperature of walk in cooler & stand up coolers recorded at or below 4C
- Walk in freezer and chest freezers recorded at or below-18C.
- 2 compartment dishwashing sink available.
- No signs of pest activity observed.
- Mechanical traps in place.
- Pest Control Company conducts routine inspection. Inspection reports verified.
