Food service will be limited to pizzas only starting today. Pizzas are pre-made at an approved kitchen. Premises has limited hours and is opened when there are parties booked. Beer keg dispenser is out of service. Check sanitizer levels in the rinse water before each start up. Clean and organize the walk-in fridge outside. Remove clutter. Replace/repair the worn floor covering in the kitchen. Temperature of the refrigeration units are satisfactory. Sanitizer is detected in the dishwasher.
