-Good personal hygiene noted by staff
- Coolers (walk-in, prep, unde-rcounter, drink) are ≤ 4°C -exception of broken one in back kitchen
- Walk-in freezer is ≤ -18°C
- Hot holding units are ≥ 60°C
- High temperature dishwasher at tested at 71oC at plate level
- 200 ppm Quat sanitizer is available in most sanitizer buckets
- Dry storage is maintained
- Ice machine is maintained. Ice scoop is stored properly.

- General sanitation is very good at time of visit.
