Routine inspection conducted:

- Handwashing stations adequately supplied with liquid soap, paper towels and hot/cold running water.
- Coolers operating at/below 4'C; Freezers operating at - 18'C.
- Temperature logs maintained up to date.
NOTE: Hot holding unit not in use at this time.
- 200ppm QUATS available in a spray bottle.
- High temperature dishwasher achieved 77.9'C at the plate level after final rinse.
- General food storage practice satisfactory throughout.
- Ice scoops stored in proper manner.
- No evidence of pest activity observed.
- Washrooms satisfactory.

General sanitation level satisfactory throughout, but could be improved by cleaning hard to reach areas (i.e. floors behind/underneath large equipment) on a more regular basis.
NOTE: Ensure to have the pop gun cleaned/sanitized on a daily basis as discussed at this time.
