Routine inspection conducted. Temperatures: Coolers (front prep area and back storage) are maintaining 4C or less. Freezers are functional and maintaining -18C or less. Thermometers are available. Temperatures are checked and recorded throughout the day for accurate record keeping. Sanitation: Hand washing sinks are adequately equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and disposable paper towels. 3-compartment dishwashing sinks have plugs. 200 ppm QUATS sanitizer is available in sanitizer bottles. NOTE: deep cleaning is strongly recommended for the whole facility - particularly the floor and shelves of the coolers. Pest control: No pest activity noted inside the facility. Rodent activity was noted outside the facility by the garbage bins. Facility is monitored by a professional pest control company. All staff have valid Food Safe level 1 certifications.
