QUATs sanitizer buckets and dispenser measured at 200ppm. 3-compartment sink available. Low-temperature dishwasher measured at 50ppm chlorine.
Condiment cooler, under counter cooler at grill plate, walk-in cooler measured at 4C or lower.. Under counter freezer, walk-in freezer, ice bin measured at -18C or lower. Hot-holding unit measured at 60C or higher. Temperature logs are well maintained. Temperature logs shows refrigeration and hot-holding units adheres to temperature health requirements.
No signs of pests observed. Pest Control Company contracted weekly. Most recent report on November 28, 2022 noted 100% bait outside eatten, no rodent activity inside.
Ice-cream scoops are in a dipper well. Dipper well in good operations.
