-Follow-up inspection to Jan 4, 2019. -Upright cooler unit has been adjusted and was at 3C (top and bottom). Continue to monitor cooler temperature and service/adjust as needed. -Hot potentially hazardous foods are being cooled in the upright freezer for a longer period of time. Samba was below 4C. -Did not observe any foods stored in opened cans at the time of inspection. -No home made yogurt found in the facility at the time of inspection. -Please contact the inspector if you have any questions or concerns.
