- All handsinks are fully equipped. - All coolers at 4C or below. - Freezer at -16C. - QUAT sanitizer in spray bottle at 200ppm. - Low temperature dishwasher reached 46C on plate level and measured 50ppm chlorine in the final rinse water. - Weekly pest control/monitoring by professional pest control company. *Ensure the openings of the traps are set up adjacent to the wall. No signs of pest observed at the time of inspection. - No savoury pastry and cream filled donuts were present at the time of inspection but storage conditions were discussed with the staff/manager. Ensure all baked goods with deli meat, cheese and fresh dairy fillings are time tracked in room temperature for 2 hours and then discarded; confirmed this is the current protocol at the store. - No outside storage area. - Food safety training checked & valid.
