Follow-up Inspection: Three employees took course for FOODSAFE Level 1 on October 5, 2019. Pizza maker presented temporary FOODSAFE Level 1 certificate at time of inspection. Ensure at least one person onsite has certification for FOODSAFE Level 1 or it's equivalent at all times of operation. Keep copies of all FOODSAFE certificates onsite to review by health inspector for future inspections. Correction Order from September 25, 2019 routine inspection (refer to report #AJON-BGCSA2) has been rescinded. Thank you for your efforts.
