Observation: New rodents have emerged:
- Mechanical trap in area outside dishpit has 3 deceased rodents
- Mechancial trap near the back exit has 2 deceased rodents
- Area near dough mixer contains new mouse droppings
Corrective Action(s): - Contact professional pest control company to address these issues and immediately reset all mechanical traps.
- Remove rodent droppings with a 1:10 dilution of bleach

Comments

- Professional pest control company arrived yesterday - however, not all mechanical traps have not been reset. 5 deceased rodents still observed in 2 separate mechanical traps (see code 304 above)
- Operator contacted installer to put in brand new NSF-certified high-temperature dishwasher at time of inspection
- High-temperature dishwasher sanitizes at 81C at the plate (Min: 71C)
