Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Quaternary ammonium sanitizer in pails measured at around 100 ppm. 200 ppm is required to properly sanitize food contact surfaces in order to eliminate pathogens.
Corrective Action(s): Discard and refill the sanitizer from the dispenser. Ensure sanitizer are changed accordingly as the concentration decreases over time.
