All standing coolers temperature at 4 degrees C or below. Freezer temperature at -18 degrees C or below. High temperature dishwasher registered at 71 degrees C or higher at the place surface. All sanitizer solution buckets registered at 200 ppm for Quats sanitizer. Wiping cloths store in sanitizing solution when not in use. General sanitation satisfactory. No obvious signs of pests. Temperature and dishwasher temperature logs maintained and were available for review. ** Floor around nitro cold brew area - floor was sticky and there was an accumulation of dried up liquid. According to staff, nitro cold brew machine has a leaky pipe but is being looked into/will be replaced. Until issue is resolved, ensure this area is cleaned more frequently.
