Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): * Cutting board was found on garage can and food had been cut on this cutting board-- operator told that this is unsanitary practise; cell phone and ipad found in food storage and prep areas and this is unsanitary
Corrective Action(s): * Ensure that garbage can not used as a table for cutting food items; ensure cell phone and ipad not stored in food areas or food prep areas as this is unsanitary

* Dishwasher final rinse was 74'C/165'F or hotter internally at plate surface
* Cold-holding units were 4'C/40'F or colder
* Freezer units were -18'C or colder
* Staff were wearing appropriate attire and hair protection
* Hand washing facilities had liquid soap and paper towels
* Monitoring records were being kept for temperatures/cleaning
* Sanitizer was available and at 200 ppm quaternary ammonium concentration in buckets to store wiping rags; store all wiping rags in sanitizer between us
* Note: some reorganization required in some storage areas; keep personal items away from food/food storage areas
* Note: FOOD SAFE LEVEL 1 renewal required and over due-- this was discussed at last inspection; RENEW and complete food safe level 1 by end of June 2019
* Submit copies of FOOD SAFE LEVEL 1 completion post exam
