- 200 ppm Quats sanitizer available from dispenser. Quats test strips used to verify sanitizer concentration.

- Cleaning and sanitizing procedures for equipment reviewed with operator.
* Do not mix chlorine bleach and quaternary ammonium products together when sanitizing equipment.
* Follow manufacturer's instructions for SANITIZING (200 ppm, minimum 60 seconds contact time, air dry). Use fresh solution each time.

- General sanitation of premises appears satisfactory.

- Regular pest control services provided by Terminix Canada (Care Pest Control). Most recent pest control service report available for review.
- Operator has increased pest control services to 2x/ month during the winter months due to increased pest activity.
- Operator has installed steel plates to dry wall outside of processing room to deter rodents from chewing through.
- Continue to monitor pest activity and report new and/ or increased activity to your pest control company.
