Follow up inspection conducted.

The following corrective actions were completed:
- Floor under cook line, line coolers and prep table (back preparation area) have been cleaned. Some additional debris was noted under cook line which was cleaned at time of inspection. Kitchen Manager reported deep clean of floor under cook line to be scheduled to be completed when exhaust canopy is serviced.
Ongoing attention is needed to ensure frequency and detail of cleaning is sufficient to ensure premises is maintained in sanitary condition particularly in the hard to reach areas.

- Kitchen Manager has completed Foodsafe level 1 equivalent - viewed certificate at time of inspection. Additional foodhandler (evening shift) has valid Foodsafe level 1 certificate. Kitchen Manager reported that additional will also be completing Foodsafe level 1 (or equivalent) to ensure coverage.

- Quats test strips were obtained to check food contact surface sanitizer concentration (for in use wiping cloths)

- Most recent pest control report (28-Jun-2023) was provided for review at time of inspection. Report indicates no rodent activity.

Pending violation to be addressed:
- Code 311 Kitchen flooring (refer to routine inspection report 20-Jun-2023 for observations and required correction. To be completed by: 20-Sept-2023
Note: Kitchen Manager reported they are in the process of obtaining a quote for flooring repair/replacement. Provide confirmation to EHO once complete.
