Hand sink provided with liquid soap and paper towels. Bleach available. Use 100 ppm solution. Walk in cooler and other coolers were on or below 4 C. Freezers were at -18 to - 22 C. Back area to be renovated. Enclosing the washroom area. Prepackaged foods only. Approval Granted.
