General:
- handwashing station stocked with soap, paper towels and hot and cold running water
- sanitizer measured 704ppm lactic acid
- manager stated facility was also using quat sanitizer - none available to be tested at time of inspection, but ensure it is 200ppm quats; please also ensure it is compatible with the lactic acid sanitizer to ensure staff safety in case of accidental mixing
- ensure all sanitizers (spray bottle/sanibuckets) are labelled properly
- dishwasher dispensed 50ppm chlorine at final rinse cycle
- bar glasswasher dispensed 12.5ppm iodine
- utensils hot held in water >60C - reminder that utensils and container must be washed, rinsed and sanitized every four hours
- back door closed at time of inspection
- professional pest control contracted
