- Temperature of cooler recorded at 3C
- Freezer recorded at -13C
- No hot holding was observed at the time of inspection.
- Handwash sink available and supplied with liquid soap and paper towels.
- High temp mechanical dishwasher reached 72.6C on plate level during rinse cycle.
- 2 compartment dishwashing sink and 2 comp prep sink available.
- Ecolab DBA and lactic acid based sanitizer found within the acceptable concentration range.
- Facility was maintained in sanitary manner.
- Food was stored at least 6 inches off the floor.
- Food containers stored in cooler/freezer were properly covered.
