Clean counter tops also reduces the numer of flies and fruit flies. Violation Score: 3

Code 304 - addressed. Less flies noted at time of follow up. Pest control report indicates that other control measures are being done to reduce the number of flies. Fly season is almost over. Staff said some fruit flies are now being observed. Floor is mopped at the end of the day. Floor swept several times throughout the day. For the 3 compartment sink in the back, ensure the right hand side (drain) must be kept clean. Place all dirty dishes of the left hand side of the three comp sink. One way flow from dirty to clean.
