A follow-up inspection was conducted: Bar glasswasher parts were replaced. Temperature dial replaced. A residual of 50 ppm chlorine was achieved. Test strips are available on site. Glasswasher can be used again. Going forward: Staff must check the sanitizer concentration at the glasswasher daily and record it in a log. The records must be kept on-site for a minimum of 2 weeks. If the concentration is less than 50 ppm chlorine, corrective action must be taken immediately. Batteries replaced in paper towel dispenser
