- Meat processing and shipping areas are less than 4 degrees C. All meat cutting/grinding/processing equipment stored inside this area.
- Automated temperature alarm control in place
- Paper towel dispensers installed at all hand wash stations .
- QUAT sanitizer available. R2L, concentration at 200ppm, equipment is cleaned in place.
Notes: Ensure that 2 compartment sink is used for utensils instead of buckets.

- Facility owns 10 reefer trucks, Operator informed that gauges are available on trucks and that it is responsibility of drivers to monitor
