Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): The Quats sanitizer dispenser at the 3-compartment sink had 0 ppm quats sanitizer when it was tested.
Corrective Action(s): The sanitizer container was replaced and 200 ppm quats was achieved. Ensure that this is checked daily.

401 - Adequate handwashing stations not available for employees [s. 21(4)]
Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Soap not available at the bakery hand washing sink. Dispenser was removed. No paper towels available.
Corrective Action(s): Refill the paper towel dispenser and install a soap dispenser at the sink OR
install a separate dedicated hand washing sink beside the pre-existing sink. Note that if a sink is used for handwashing, it should not be used for washing utensils or other items.

Comments

-Mixing bowl and rounder had some food residue leftover from production. Ensure that this is completely cleaned after each shift.

Hand sink next to the walk in freezer was supplied with hot and cold water, soap and paper towels.
All coolers were < 4 C.
Freezers were < -18 C.
Trays run through the dishwasher onsite.
Follow up inspection required.
