Introduction

An unscheduled routine inspection was conducted to assess compliance with the Community Care and Assisted Living Act, Child Care Licensing Regulationand the applicable Director of Licensing Standards of Practice. All areas of the facility were inspected for compliance with the exception of the facility's policies and procedure as there are no changes to these documents since the last routine inspection.

Observed Violations
No violations were found during the inspection.

Comments

At the inspection dated June 28, 2019 there were 3 children and 2 staff present. At this inspection no violations were identified. As part of this routine inspection a Facility Risk Assessment Tool is completed and a copy is provided.

The Licensee stated that over the summer months additional bark mulch will be acquired for the outdoor play area. The Licensee will also be reviewing the children's files and updating children's photograph's as needed.

lead in drinking water
mandatory inspections to assess applications for temporary placement, retention and exemptions
promotion of active play.
