Observation: Several mouse droppings seen a long wall with walk in cooler/freezer, one hole in wall that appears to be chewed out by a mouse near the start of the flour tortilla baking machine. Multiple droppings found throughout dry storage shelves along this same wall and one bag of wheat flour chewed into with flour spilled out around it
Corrective Action(s): Give storage area a deep clean by removing all items from the shelves, inspect all product on shelves for pest activity (discard if any found), giving all shelves a deep clean (clean underneath shelving units as well). Readjust bottom shelf so it is 6" up off the ground for monitoring purposes. Due: within 1 week.
