Observation: Gashes on the floor in the back kitchen area observed and noted in the previous inspection. THIS IS A REPEAT VIOLATION.

Routine Inspection conducted today.

Handwashing sinks well equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels.
Chlorine spray bottle at 100ppm. 3-compartment sink available for manual dishwashing. Bleach (i.e.: chlorine-based) available on-site.
Prep cooler and walk-in cooler measured at 4C or lower. Stand-up freezer measured at -21C. Hot-holding unit measured at 65C. Temperature logs are well maintained. Temperature logs shows refrigeration and hot-holding units adheres to temperature health requirements.
Food all covered and stored at least 6 inches from the floor to protect from contamination.
No signs of pests observed.
Overall, facility is well organized and clean.
