Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Sanitizer bottle with Quats was tested to be below 100ppm. Manager was notified and replaced the bottle with new solution. Spray bottle reached 200ppm after retesting.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure spray bottle is tested and changed regularly to ensure required concentration is maintained

Observation: Handwashing sink near 3-compartment sink lacked single-use paper towels. Handwashing sink in washroom did not have liquid soap.
Correction: Operator to ensure handwashing sinks are equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and single-use paper towels at all times to encourage proper and frequent handwashing.

-All handwash stations are fully stocked with liquid soap, paper towels, and hot/cold running water
-All coolers are at or below 4C
-All freezer units are at or below -18C. The ice freezer is at -11C

-3 compartment sink used appropriately and sanitizer achieves 200ppm QUATs
-Food contact surface spray achieves 200ppm QUATs, after correction.
-Dry storage is good
-Random audit of expiration dates - no concerns
-No signs of pest activity observed
