Glasses were stored inside the cooler to chill. Corrective Action(s): Clean and sanitize aforementioned cooler and glasses. Ensure equipment is maintained in sanitary condition. Violation Score: 5 401 - Adequate handwashing stations not available for employees [s. 21(4)] Observation: Front kitchen hand washing station did not provide hot water. Only cold running water comes out when hot water faucet was turned. Corrective Action(s): Service / fix the aforementioned hand washing station to ensure hot water is provided.
