***Please ensure the dishwasher is turned on at least 2 hours prior to the temporary event to take place on the weekend of June 25. This is to allow sufficient time for the unit to heat up to adequate sanitizing temperatures.

> Bar glasswasher not in use.
> Ice machine, bar storage room and vent hood all maintained in sanitary condition.
