Overall, store is maintained in a sanitary manner -Hand wash station is fully equipped with liquid soap, paper towels, and hot and cold water -3 compartment sink available -Cooler unit is functioning at 4C -Freezer is working and was measured at -18C -Dry storage is satisfactory. All items are stored above the ground (15cm) -No signs of pest activity -Pest traps are placed around store. All were noted to be empty -100ppm bleach solution is prepared in a spray bottle.
