A follow up inspection was conducted - The "Bread Garden go" foods (sandwiches, wraps, croissants) had a temperature of 4C. - The "Bread Garden go" cooler has a working thermometer. It was reading 3C. Be aware, the thermometer is reading the air in the cooler, not the temperature of the food. Food must be kept below 4C, so you may need the cooler air temperature to be 2C. - Perishable items can be sored in the "Bread Garden go" cooler. Monitor the food temperature at least daily. - All violations have been corrected.
