Routine inspection conducted: - Handwashing stations adequately supplied with liquid soap, paper towels and hot/cold running water. - Coolers operating at/below 4'C; freezers operating at/below -18'C. - Hot-holding units not in use at this time. Ensure both units are operating at 60'C or above when in use. - 200ppm Quats in use for disinfection of food prep surfaces. Dishwashing sink equipped properly. - General food storage practice satisfactory throughout. - Traps in place. No evidence of pest activity observed. - Washroom satisfactory.
