Observation: Dishwasher final rinse temperature still not achieving 71c at plate level. Final rinse pressure observed to be too low at 10psi
Corrective Action(s): Technician is aware of the issue and will provide options on how to repair. Dishwasher cannot be used until repaired. Call me for a reinspection once repaired. Continue to warewash using the 3 compartment sink method.

Observation: Final rinse temperature below the minimum of 71c. Only 68c to 69c was recorded by peak holding thermometers. Dishwasher was tuned off at time of inspection.
Correction: Rewash all utensils using the 3 compartment sink method. Dishwasher cannot be used until repaired.
