Name change to Maison D'La Poutine House. -Handwashing station is equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels. -All coolers < 4°C -All freezers < -18°C -Ensure hot holding units are capable of maintaining > 62°C -Bleach is available for sanitizing. Ensure 1/2 cap bleach is used per 1 L of water to make 100 - 200ppm bleach sanitizer. -Three-compartment sink is available for manual dishwashing -Dry storage is maintained -Ventilation hood is satisfactory.
