Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Meat department- Hand washing sink noted blocked with plastic trays. Operator removed the trays and hand washing station is now freed to use.
also a garbage can observed being stored in front of the hand washing sink. Operatore removed the garbage can.
Corrective Action(s): There should be no obstruction to hand washing sinks so that staff can easily and properly wash hands.

Routine inspection

Updates to produce section: A new canopy installed above produce section where vegetable cutting station is located. The station is now protected. Thank you!

- Cooling cases measured at or below 4 degree C throughout the store. Temperature monitoring system in place. Independent thermometers noted in cooling units.
- All freezer measured at or below -18C.
- Walk in coolers and freezers maintained clean and organized.
- Chicken hot holding unit measured at or above 60 C. Cooking temperature log kept updated.
- General sanitation is overall good. Floor noted clean. No obvious sign of pest activity noted at this date.
- Staff washrooms maintained.
- Cooling cases noted clean,organized and FIFO maintained. Ensure no loads over load lines.
- Sanitizer QUAT 200 ppm available in all sections. Sanitizer bottles available in cashier's lines. All sanitizer bottles are to be properly labeled.
