Observation: Wooden panels were observed at the food premises. Wooden panels should not be used to stack pizza trays since they are not made of impervious to moisture, smooth and easy to clean materials.
Corrective action: Remove the wooden panels from the food premises; correct today. Operator informed he has order easy to clean lids for the pizza trays that should arrive today.

Observation: Pizza prep. cooler had water leaking inside of it. Temperature was above 4C (measured at 5.4C to 7C).
Corrective action: Repair or re-service prep. cooler to prevent the leak and maintain it at 4C or less. Operator called a technician to re-service it today. Operator informed he had this cooler re-serviced yesterday as well.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Staff member on shift in the operator's absence lacked valid FOODSAFE Level 1 or equivalent course training.
Corrective action: Ensure at least one staff on duty at the food service establishment holds valid FOODSAFE Level 1 or equivalent course training in the operator's absence. Ensure enough staff take FOODSAFE Level 1 or equivalent course training to fulfill this requirement; correct within 2 weeks. Operator with valid FOODSAFE Level 1 course training later arrived to the food premises.

Rodent droppings were removed from the affected area during the inspection.
Hole in wall near the laundry machine had been sealed.
Wooden storage bins had been removed.
Liquid soap dispenser was wall-mounted at 3-compartment sink.
Note: Operator is aware to keep the pizza cooler empty of cold potentially hazardous food until it is repaired/re-serviced to 4C or less.
