Follow-up inspection conducted for report# KLAI-CGGSNJ and KLAI-CGYQF7
All light fixtures above food and food contact items are now protected with appropriate shields.
Chemical spray bottles are now properly identified with name label.
Less flies are noted in the facility - continue to work with your pest control company to eliminate fly issue in the facility.
Excellent cleanliness noted in the dishwashing area.
Soap dispenser at the handwash station nearest the backdoor has now been properly installed onto the wall.
Supervisor has registered and completed FOODSAFE level 1 equivalent on August 4, 2022.

The following violations still required attention:
A screen door has now been installed in the back door. Please ensure no gap exists around the screen door as anything that can fit the size of a pencil will allow rodent to enter into the facility.
Improvement noted on the sanitary condition of the facility. However, the following areas still require sanitary attention -
Underside of the door handles of the 3-door reach-in cooler
Fume hood
More than 200 ppm chlorine residual detected in the 2 bleach sanitizer spray bottles at the time of inspection (chlorine test strip were slightly bleached out). Sanitizer was remixed in both spray bottles. 200 ppm chlorine residual was detected. Please ensure to use the chlorine test strips provided and only use the sanitizer spray bottle when 100 - 200 ppm chlorine residual is detected.
Updated floor plan has not been submitted. Please submit the updated floor plan by August 17th, 2022 to the district inspector, email provided.

Overall, improvements noted throughout the facility. Thank you for making the effort in correcting all the violations cited during the routine and first follow-up inspection. No further follow-up required unless updated floor plan is not submitted by August 17th, 2022.
