Overall sanitation is satisfactory Hand washing station stocked with liquid soap and paper towel Hot and cold running water available at all sinks Three compartment sink used for manual ware washing; sink plugs available. When inquired staff explained proper manual ware washing steps, including sanitization QUAT sanitizer available in a spray bottle; detected 200 ppm of QUAT. Bleach bottle also available All coolers at 4 C or lower; all freezers at -18 C or lower Hot holding unit on site but not turned on. Ensure that when in use, it is turned on to minimum 60 C prior to holding cooked foods inside No sign of pests noted at the time of inspection
