Comments

Hand sinks were supplied with hot and cold water, soap and paper towels. All coolers were < 4 C. All freezers were < -18 C. Hot held foods were > 60 C. The dishwasher reached 74 C at the plate level. The glass washer had 12.5 ppm Iodine. Quats sanitizer spray bottles were tested at 200 ppm. No evidence of pests. Pest control is coming on site regularly. The ice machine is cleaned monthly. General sanitation was satisfactory.
