Corrective Action(s): Areas where foods are stored or prepared need to be kept clean. Chest freezer has not been in use but is kept for use as additional counter space. Operator started cleanng both areas at time of inspection. Violation Score: 5

Comments

General observations: Coolers were 4 degrees Celsius or less. Ice cream freezer was -18 degrees Celsius. Food storage practices were generally good. Self-serve regular coffee is still being offered - sold in disposable cups. General sanitation (except as noted above) was satisfactory. Chemicals stored in a safe manner. Hand wash sinks stocked with liquid soap and paper towels. All sinks equipped with hot and cold running water. No signs of pests.
