Observation: During time of inspection, fan covers in walk in cooler still in need of cleaning and surrounding area
- Some flour accumulation still apparent underneath dry goods shelving area
Corrective Action(s): - Ensure to wipe down, clean and maintain fan covers and surrounding areas
- Ensure to sweep and keep areas underneath shelving good sanitary condition
- Ensure to maintain the above mentioned as required

Adequate handwashing stations not available for employees [s. 21(4)] (handwashing sink at the back of the kitchen is blocked by a dough mixer machine.)

Follow up inspection to MTRG-AEEQB6
The following deficiencies have been corrected:
- All food products were found stored on floors
- Most foods were kept wrapped or sealed in prep cooler, ensure to cover all foods
- Area around door seals/gaskets of walk-in cooler now free of grime accumulation
- Debris accumulation not as apparent underneath shelving of walk-in cooler
- Debris accumulation observed underneath dry storage not as apparent but more cleaning still required *
- Caked on food residue observed on mixing component and at wall where mixer is located has been removed and wallboard now clean
- Cleaning underneath shelving of take-out area has been done, continue to maintain this area and all other areas in the facility
- Heavy grease accumulation observed on metal slats/ baffles of commercial fume hood has been removed, slat are now maintained in good sanitary condition
