- Clean up has been done.
- New prep cooler has been purchased. However there are issues with spacing. Ensure there is at least 3 feet clearance to pass. Suggested relocating the cooler to allow the cooler door to fully open.
- Ensure to use food grade plastic when portioning hot food items. Use of stainless steel would allow faster cooling.
